Hi, I'm Rhoda Sommer, RN, MSN Ed. I've been a nurse since 1981, serving as a bedside nurse, educator, clinical instructor, and mentor. My passion is helping nursing students and new nurses build confidence, strengthen clinical judgment, and become safe, compassionate nurses.
